Delivery options may vary based on your location and the item you've purchased. You will be informed about all available options during checkout.

  • Delivery Time

The delivery time is specified for each item.

  • Delivery Partner

All shipments within the EU are dispatched via FedEx or DHL. For shipments outside the EU, FedEx is used unless other arrangements are made.

  • Tracking

After your items are dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

  • Customs Duty and Tax

If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs duties or charges not covered by our shipping costs. The buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with importing the product.

  • Returns & Exchanges

Customized rugs are not eligible for return or exchange. For all other items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.

  • To initiate a return or exchange:
  1. Email us at info@shekker.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange,” and include your order reference number.

  2. Pack your items securely, ideally using the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use any suitable alternative to ensure safe shipping.

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label for you. Simply place this label over the original shipping label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.

Please make sure all items are returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

  • Claims

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out so we can address your concerns. Please always keep the original packaging until the claim is processed. 

  • To initiate a claim:
  1. Email us at info@shekker.com with the subject “Claim” and include your order reference number. If your product arrives damaged, please attach photos of both the product and the box.

  2. Securely pack your items, preferably using the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, use any suitable alternative to ensure safe shipping.

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label. Affix this label over the original shipping label.

  4. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.

  • Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
